Brief description of operation process:
The product is manually placed on the fixture and the quick clamp is pushed to press the product. Start with a single-handed button. The device uses a camera to take a photo of the mark on the product and locate it. After positioning, the motion mechanism drives the welding head to weld. After all the fuses are welded, the welding head returns to the origin, the product is manually turned over, and the above steps are continued. After welding on both sides, the material is manually unloaded. Repeat this cycle, working continuously.Equipment Features:
