Six-station automatic rotary melting machine

The self-rotating, spin-melting, turntable welding machine utilizes the automatic intermittent operation of a cam divider in conjunction with the spin-melting welding system to shorten stand-alone welding wait times and increase feed speeds. A robotic arm automatically removes finished products at the discharge end, significantly improving production efficiency, reducing operator fatigue, and ensuring operator safety. Depending on the specific product, eligible products can be equipped with a robot or robotic arm at the feed end, enabling fully unmanned operation during the feeding, welding, and retrieval process. Automatic ultrasonic welding machines with different workstations are selected based on the mass production requirements, size specifications, and feed speed of the product being welded. 6-, 8-, or 10-workstation configurations are common across various industries. Our automatic turntable machine features a ø580mm disk diameter, easily meeting the multi-station requirements of most products. The divider utilizes the international brand Taiwan Tanzi, and the motor utilizes a 300W brake motor from Taili. These brand-name features ensure fast and stable turntable operation. The bottom mold clamp features a two-way locking mechanism to prevent displacement of the upper and lower molds during high-speed rotation and spin-melting welding.
