Brief description of production process:
  1. The manual (robot) places the product on the fixture and pushes the quick clamp to clamp the product.
  2. Start with a single-handed button.
  3. The equipment uses the camera to take pictures of the mark points on the product for positioning.
  4. After positioning, the motion mechanism drives the welding head to weld.
  5. After all fuses are welded, the welding head returns to the origin, and the product is turned over manually (by the robot) to continue the above steps.
  6. After welding on both sides, the material is unloaded manually (by the robot).
  7. This cycle repeats itself, working continuously.
