1. Principles of Ultrasonic Metal Welding Machine
Ultrasonic metal welding is the process of transmitting high-frequency vibration waves to two metal surfaces that need to be welded, and then applying pressure to cause friction between the two metal surfaces, resulting in fusion between molecular layers.
Its advantages are fast, energy-saving, high fusion strength, good conductivity, no spark, and close to cold processing. 2. The characteristics of ultrasonic welding
The range of materials that can be used is wide, and it can be used for welding the same type of gold tail materials, especially high conductivity and thermal conductivity materials (such as gold, silver, aluminum, etc.) and some refractory metals. It can also be used for welding dissimilar metal materials with significantly different properties (such as thermal conductivity, hardness, melting point, etc.), welding between metals and non-metals, plastics and other materials.
The welded part is not powered on, no external heat source is required, and there are no macroscopic defects such as pores in the joint, no brittle intermetallic compounds are generated, and no problems such as molten metal splashing that are prone to occur during resistance welding will occur.
The oxide film or coating on the surface of the welded metal has little impact on the welding quality, and the preparation work for the surface of the welded part before welding is relatively simple.
It does not require the addition of any adhesives, fillers or solvents, and has the advantages of simple operation, fast welding speed, high joint strength, and high production efficiency.
